By accessing or using Bluewind, Inc.'s ("Bluewind," "we," "us," or "our") services that utilize Google OAuth ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.
2.1 Authentication Process. Our Services allow you to authenticate using your Google account credentials through Google's OAuth 2.0 protocol.
2.2 Account Information. When you choose to authenticate using Google OAuth, we may request access to certain information from your Google account as specified during the authorization process.
2.3 Scope of Access. We will only request access to information necessary for the functioning of our Services. The specific permissions we request will be displayed to you during the Google OAuth authorization process.
3.1 Data Collection. Information obtained through Google OAuth will be collected, stored, and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
3.2 Limited Use. We will use information obtained through Google OAuth only for the purposes that are permitted by (a) these Terms, (b) our Privacy Policy, (c) Google's OAuth API Services User Data Policy, and (d) as otherwise permitted by Google.
3.3 No Transfer. We will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer information obtained through Google OAuth to any third party unless required by law or with your explicit consent.
4.1 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account credentials. Any activities that occur through your Google account when connected to our Services are your responsibility.
4.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using Google OAuth to connect with our Services.
4.3 Prohibited Activities. You may not: a) Use Google OAuth to impersonate another person or entity b) Attempt to bypass or manipulate our authentication processes c) Use automated methods to access our Services through Google OAuth
5.1 Modifications. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our Google OAuth integration at any time without notice.
5.2 Revoking Access. You may revoke Bluewind's access to your Google account at any time through your Google account settings.
5.3 Termination. We may terminate your access to our Services if you violate these Terms or if required by Google.
6.1 No Warranty. OUR SERVICES, INCLUDING GOOGLE OAUTH INTEGRATION, ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
6.2 Google Relationship. Our Services utilize Google OAuth but are not endorsed by or affiliated with Google unless explicitly stated. Google's own terms of service apply to your use of Google services.
6.3 Limitation of Liability. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLUEWIND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE OUR SERVICES.
7.1 Updates. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
7.2 Notification. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes to these Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
By using our Services with Google OAuth, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
