Why?
The wedge

ICP: -1 to 0 businesses. They don't even know what they want to sell. They have no money either. BUT there are a lot of them. And they desperately need to talk to potential users/customers.

Value prop: get a reply from someone interested to talk to them.

Product:

  • They swipe left or right to approve or reject a lead.
  • And then they can edit a draft already prepared for them.

The key insight I have is I don't even use LLMs for all of that. I use a mechanical turk system I created. This allows to increase the quality of the leads and emails.

Difference with AI SDRs: the user is in the loop.
